Standard Terms

• Commission rates are non-negotiable.

• Payments are made through my ko-fi shop (butterberry.shop). I can also send invoices through PayPal. All payments are due upfront and in full.

• I will begin work only once payment clears. Commissions cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has begun.

• Custom orders must include description at time of purchase. Please be sure to review the Buyer Instructions and Standard Terms before ordering. Once production has begun, no changes can be made to the content of your order (e.g. an emote featuring a smiling cat cannot be switched mid-production to an emote featuring a singing bird). Orders placed without descriptions will be cancelled and refunded.

• Upon receipt of payment, I will send you a confirmation message (either via the medium through which your initial request was made, i.e. Twitter or Tumblr, or via email, whichever you prefer) including any questions I may have regarding your order. I reserve the right to decline & refund a commission for any reason. If I am unable to fulfill your request (i.e. priced incorrectly; subject matter is on my 'no' list, or significantly outside my wheelhouse; etc.) I will first attempt to resolve the issue with you, and then if necessary refund your payment.

• Twitch and Discord assets must adhere to their respective platforms' Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

• Commissions are completed in the order in which they are received. For time-sensitive work, you may opt to pay a rush fee equal to 50% of the total commission. Please email me directly at butterberrycafe@gmail.com to make arrangements; once the rush fee payment has cleared, I will move your commission to the top of the queue.

• Turnaround time should not exceed 7 to 10 business days. In the rare event that I anticipate a delay, I will inform you as soon as possible.

• I'm happy to offer one complementary revision per asset. Additional revisions may be purchased as add-ons at a rate of $20 per round of revisions.

• I retain full copyright ownership of commissioned works. Commissioned works are created for personal use only and may not be altered, resold, or reproduced for commercial use (e.g. on merchandise, as game assets, as NFTs, etc). If you're interested in negotiating commercial use for commissioned works, please contact me directly at butterberrycafe@gmail.com.

• In submitting a commission request, you acknowledge and consent to these terms.
